The work focuses on adaptation, support systems and quality of life—connecting individual experiences with the institutions and conditions surrounding them.

My current professional focus is Sales Team Leadership, Customer Retention and Revenue Operations. Sociology strengthens how I interpret behaviour, communication and customer context.
